Co-creating strategic partnerships with Indara’s clients​

THE CHALLENGE

Indara, a leader in digital infrastructure, has a growing portfolio of more than 4,700 mobile towers and rooftop sites strategically located across Australia with a focus on high-value metropolitan, regional, and rural areas. The Strategy Group partnered with Indara to enhance client engagement and satisfaction by facilitating structured strategic-level discussions that will help drive improved outcomes and stronger relationships with Indara’s key clients.

​THE APPROACH

These strategic roundtables focus on aligning long-term goals, exploring new opportunities, assessing risks, and developing detailed plans for key strategic initiatives with Indara and their clients​.

For each Strategic Roundtable, The Strategy Group:

  • Worked with the relevant account managers to create a tailored agenda for each client to address their unique needs and priorities. Ensured the agenda included discussions on strategic goals, opportunities, risks, and key initiatives specific to each client.
  • Developed the presentation deck and any supporting material incorporating any relevant performance data, feedback, objectives and issues specific to each client.
  • Facilitated the session, including leading discussions on strategic priorities, new opportunities, risk assessment and action planning, and conducting activities to brainstorm/identify potential solutions and strategies to address issues effectively by encouraging open dialogue and collaboration.
  • Created and shared a summary report detailing the outputs from the session, ensuring clarity on the next steps and responsibilities.
